Are you looking for a role in an organisation that is purpose-driven and impacts thousands of lives each year?
Are you looking for a position that will allow you to flourish without burning out?
We are a thriving chiropractic clinic with a strong supportive team looking for an individual to step in and help us change more lives.
If you’ve got a natural ability for building warm, lasting relationships with clients, strong communication skills and a love of holistic chiropractic care, this might be the perfect role for you!
About you:
As someone who always aims for excellence, you get a high level of satisfaction from creating constant improvement in your knowledge and skills. You are a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility. You may have several years experience as a practicing chiropractor, or you may be a new graduate ready to spread your wings and see how high you can fly. You also have a desire to work in an organisation that is making a difference in the world and are seeking a role that allows you to feel a sense of purpose in the work you do. If this is ticking all the boxes for you, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a rock star practitioner who is excited by the opportunity to build a dedicated patient base with longevity of care. You are wanting to build a long-term practice within a business that is supportive in helping you to develop skills and gain knowledge in how to build a referral based client load, and how to manage cases from an integrative approach, utilising techniques such as low force and diversified adjusting methods, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique and Total Body Modification alongside functional labs and quality practitioner grade supplements. You want to work with clients with a range of conditions beyond back pain and headaches, so that they can thrive and achieve optimal wellbeing.
Core responsibilities are varied and include:
• Patient care – thorough history taking, physical assessments, adjustments, integrative care plans including exercises, supplements and functional lab tests, and detailed recording of notes • 1-to-1 coaching with our principal chiropractor to learn how to build your client base and referral partnerships so that you see your ideal clients.
• Administration: building social media posts and newsletters to support the education of our clients and help build the business
Candidates must have a mature, professional demeanour with an understanding of high-level customer service, a thirst for knowledge and thinking outside of the box, and a can-do attitude. Attention to detail and a desire to drive growth are also required.
We have very high expectations for this role - a fact that will excite the right candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and slide right on into their zone of genius working for a company that empowers their team to go beyond the normal limits.
This appointment is part-time (23 hours per week), Wednesday-Saturday. This role is proposed to commence from February 2025.
Founded in 2015, the business has grown exponentially in the last 12 months and is on track to double in size again this coming year.
If you believe that your values align with ours and you see yourself becoming part of our dynamic team, please provide a cover letter outlining why you would like to work with us and explaining your suitability for the role, along with a current CV and the names of three professional referees.
